Refund Policy

Rashmi Singh ITI College aims to provide transparency regarding its refund policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1. Course fees are non-refundable after the commencement of classes.
1.2. Refunds may be considered for cancellations made at least 15 days before the start of the course, subject to administrative charges.

2. Non-Refundable Charges

2.1. Registration fees and any administrative charges are non-refundable.
2.2. Refunds are not applicable for partial attendance or discontinuation of the course.

3. Refund Process

3.1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the administrative office.
3.2. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days via the original payment method.

4. Special Circumstances

Refunds for extraordinary situations such as medical emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to supporting documentation.
